Tasked with transforming office spaces for an investment company, the aim was to create a series of private offices fostering a pleasant work environment and a sense of wellbeing.
By adding elements and opening up the ceiling layers, a sense of openness and comfort was achieved.

In response to the client’s brief, a refined, professional, and warmly inviting office environment was envisioned, one that communicates trust, discretion, and confidence. The design embraces an open yet structured layout, prioritizing natural daylight to create a comfortable and productive workspace. Rich warm tones, layered textures, and soft lighting were incorporated to foster an atmosphere of calm authority while maintaining a welcoming experience for both clients and staff.

The ministry is dedicated to serving the public through policy development, community engagement, and administrative support. In response to the client’s brief, a dignified, warm, and culturally rooted office environment was envisioned, which reflects the ministry’s heritage, values, and commitment to public service. The design integrates traditional architectural and craft elements throughout the space, creating a sense of continuity and identity. A welcoming layout was developed to encourage transparency and collaboration, while maximizing natural daylight. Warm tones, natural materials, and handcrafted details come together to establish an atmosphere of respect, stability, and cultural pride.

The first floor includes reception and waiting areas, Hoteling stations, breakout spaces, a kitchen, and a meeting room primarily client focused spaces aiding in intake.
Upper floors are dedicated to office staff, featuring workstations, private offices, and staff meeting rooms.

Mc Cain florenceville, New Brunswick hosts several offices, each embracing an open office concept. This shift from traditional closed workstations has been proposed and approved. The office setups include height-adjustable benching, collaborative areas, private offices, and office pods. This approach creates an affordable, accessible environment that encourages natural light, transparency, and employee engagement.
